We’ve been assigned a coffee roasting-house as a client in school and we went on a little field trip to their warehouse this morning. Nothing really compares to drinking a cup of coffee brewed with beans that were roasted right in front of your eyes. A-mahzing!

Also! I had no idea that coffee from beans that are half-way done in the roasting process taste like popcorn. Mind. Blown.
